  • The Mastermind is designed for business leaders and owners with 50–250 employees who feel the gap between where their team is and where it could be. If you've tried to fix culture or engagement and it hasn't stuck — or if you know the vision but can't get your team to see it and own it — this group was built for you. We serve two markets: Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville) and Central Arkansas (Little Rock).

  • Membership is $1,000 per month with a 6-month minimum commitment. That includes everything — monthly half-day group sessions, monthly 1:1 coaching with Alan (60 minutes), accountability sessions, session follow-up insights, resource library access, between-session email support, and all 7 leadership and business assessments at no additional cost. The 6-month minimum is Alan's commitment to you, not just a contract you're locked into.

  • Seven assessments are included at no additional cost: DISC Behavioral Assessment, 8 Factors of Engagement, Line of Sight CEO Insights, Trust Edge Leadership Assessment, Value Builder Assessment, Freedom Score Assessment, and Personal Readiness Assessment. They are not administered all at once — they are introduced strategically over your first few months, sequenced so each one builds on the last and you receive insight at the moment you can act on it. Note: assessments for team members beyond the enrolled leader are priced separately.

  • Groups meet monthly in-person at a consistent professional venue — a 12-month calendar is issued at launch so there are no surprises. Two groups are forming: one in Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville corridor) and one in Central Arkansas (Little Rock). Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions with Alan are held virtually by default, with in-person available based on need.

  • Membership is by application and follows three steps. First, a 45-minute discovery conversation with Alan — no pitch, just a conversation about where your business is and where you want it to go. Second, a complimentary Line of Sight CEO Insights assessment for your leadership team, which is yours to keep whether or not you join. Third, if the fit is right for both of us, a brief application confirming your commitment to the group's standards. Your 12-month calendar is issued immediately and billing begins on the 1st of the following month.

  • Groups are capped at 12 members. Every group is non-competing — no two members come from the same industry. Industry fit is confirmed before enrollment. New members are vetted and selected by Alan to protect the integrity and trust of the group for everyone in it.
